We had an amazing 1 night getaway here to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. We got a complimentary upgrade to room 5, which was beautiful and comfortable. The inn is so charming and meticulously cared for. We loved being walking distance to amazing stores, coffee shops and restaurants. We can't wait to return!

What a magical place! Our stay at The Victorian Inn was just perfect. The entire Inn is a jewel: warm, inviting, comfortable. You feel pampered and immediately at home. The decor and the details are exceptional. Our room was luxurious and elegant (we absolutely loved the clawfoot bathtub). The staff is helpful, professional and discreet. And the town of Kent is so charming. We are already dreaming to go back. Highly recommended for really anything, from a romantic getaway to a family reunion, from an office retreat to a personal escape to recharge the batteries.

I had guests stay at both the Victorian and Firefly Inn. We had a party for my husband at a friend's house nearby. My guests were so incredibly happy with the beauty & cleanliness of the rooms, the comfort of the beds, and all the amenities in both Inn's that were available to them. They all said that they want to come back for another stay soon. The best part was how accommodating and helpful Keli was during this whole reservation process. I highly recommend staying at any of the places in the Kent Collection. It is very well managed and a must stay!

I had the pleasure of spending a magical evening at the Kent Collection I Victorian. The entire house exuded authentic charm while incorporating modern touches that made my stay comfortable and cozy. The gas fireplace in the bedroom and the beautifully designed bathroom, complete with a luxurious tub, created the perfect setting for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC. I can't wait to return with my family for a long weekend!

We celebrated our wedding by staying here. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The staff at Firefly go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The common areas are beautiful and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and lovely. We also enjoyed a great espresso and snack in the morning. Thank you so much for a memorable wonderful experience!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the lovely Victorian Inn for my birthday weekend getaway, and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I came across it while planning our trip, it immediately stood out—and for good reason. The inn is stunning inside and out, and the seasonal holiday decorations were absolutely breathtaking.

Keli, the innkeeper, greeted us warmly upon arrival, gave us a lovely tour, and went out of her way to personalize our experience with complimentary birthday champagne. Since we were the only guests at the time, she generously upgraded us to the Victoria & Albert suite, which made the stay feel even more special.

The inn offers light snacks (chips, cookies, yogurt) and beverages (water, juice, coffee, tea), which was a thoughtful touch. If you want something heavier, the Inn is just a short walk to the center of Kent. The town itself is quintessential New England—quaint and full of character—with small shops, cafes, boutiques, and art galleries to explore.

As others have noted, the staff here is extremely discreet and respectful, which makes for such a peaceful, relaxing stay. The living spaces are spotless and cozy, and I truly think I had some of the best sleep of my life lol.

I can’t recommend this inn enough and would love to return for another stay!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Victorian and we loved it!

This historic property has been beautifully renovated and furnished, merging the charm of yesteryear with the luxury and convenience of today. The atmosphere was warm, cozy and fresh- a great balance to recharge and relax. Indoor and outdoor spaces were tastefully designed for the guests to enjoy. Every detail was considered with care, from comfy bed linens to gas lit lamps!

We highly recommend The Victorian for a memorable weekend or mid week getaway!

Everything a small hotel should be, warm, relaxed and welcoming. Along with being so well designed, it was very clean and the beds so comfortable. The coffee station was a lovely touch. Umbrellas were waiting for us and bikes available if we wanted them. We hope to be back.
