I work near by and need to stop on my way home for a pick me up coffee sometimes. I often order on the app to the drive through. If anyone is in a rush I don’t recommend ordering here. Today’s order took 18 minutes and often time takes about the same time. I usually go between 3 and 5. The cashiers often seem to be more interested in engaging with each other or seem they don’t want to be there. I also had stopped in one night during the Hebron light show to get hot chocolate for the car load of people. I ordered through the app and once I got there I was told there was no hot chocolate and was told I had to use the app to get refunded for my transaction, which took several days.

I normally don't write ill things about my adorable little hometown, but I gotta say I am truly disappointed. Seven out of the ten times you'll get a coffee that tastes worse than dirt, today was one of those days. After a long shift, I brought my coffee back asking for either a replacement or a refund. Whoever was at the other end didn't fully ask my order. Just a simple caramel macchiato they didn't a size they didn't ask if it was hot or cold. So when I pulled up to the window, the young girl, I had a medium-sized iced caramel macchiato. I had only ordered a small hot caramel macchiato. She looked at me pissed off already, knowing that she had just made an extra coffee to go to waste.. At that point, I had just asked for a refund. She tapped her nails and rolled her eyes. We were both annoyed with one another. I went to hand her back my coffee, thinking that they would either need to take it or to see that I had purchased something earlier. She recoiled as if I was handing her something atrocious. A simple explanation as to why she could not take the coffee would have been better done her response. I took my refund and left. I've given too many chances to this location. They are not worth your time or your money.

When I asked for my coffee to be filled to the top I had a 16 yr old argue with me and mansplain it was so there was room for whipped cream. There was an INCH of space. I didn't realize it was their job to ARGUE with the customer instead of giving me what I paid for. Which I shouldn't even have to go back for to begin with.

All lights on, pull up to a pre recorded message at the drive thru speaker saying "we are closed, please come back during our normal business hours." This was at 6:44pm on a Saturday. Hours say open until 8pm.

Very concerned about the cleanliness. The tables, floors and bathrooms should not have passed the morning inspections. Maybe better next time.

The problem with Dunkin it's so busy and you as a worker need to work in an environment where it's quantity not quality..The girl doing my hash browns and wrap is so stressed that she doesn't have Time to even hand you the bag, just throws it on the counter n says your name. Then you get the wrap and it looks like a hot mess. Actually looked like someone took a bite out of it. Hard to have customer service. I get it but geez we don't want our bags thrown, we want a hello and have a nice day etc.. but how do you have time to do that when you have 15 people to do their food. Just sucks.
