I have used PTSMC over the past 20 years. I have found them extremely knowledgeable, quick to assess the issue and more importantly quick to devise a plan to bring their patients relief. I received physical therapy at PTSMC in Guilford in January and February, 2024. Having had knee surgery (miniscus) years ago, I was experiencing sharp pain in the same knee. My therapist, Quinn McAnaney, devised a highly successful treatment plan that had me pain free in a relatively short time. I had a bad knee and I was in a lot of pain. I did not get any relief after going to a Chiropractor. Waste of money! Physical therapy and Sports medicine therapists were very helpful and they were able to get my pain under control. I highly recommend them, especially the PTSMC in Guilford- Zachary C was very thorough and knowledgeable and provided excellent care.

Jane, PT for hands, is the primary reason for my 5 star review. She is everything one could ask for--cares, listens, explains, & presents a no-rush demeanor. I went from being highly skeptical that my contracted finger ligament could be relaxed/straightened to being very optimistic. By my 7-week dr followup, it will be back to near normal. Don’t hesitate to have your physical therapy here! Everyone is friendly and helpful. You are also assigned to one therapist the entire time which is great and makes so much sense. I had Pat and he did a great job of pushing me, but also took the time to hear my concerns and answers all of my questions. 10/10 would recommend and shout out to all of the assistants too - you guys and gals are great!
