All I wanted to know is where the bathroom was because I’m not from the area, the lady manager was rude and in her own words said I can basically meet her outside when she gets off. If you never been there before it wasn't obviously where the bathroom was.. AT ALL no reason to work with people if you have no patience, or customer service

I’m restless, disappointed, and frankly disgusted! I was visiting family in Old Greenwich last Friday and I stopped into a nice looking grocery store. I was in the produce section, and to my horror I noticed an employee wearing a black fleece taking a batch of tomatoes from the trash and literally placing them back on the shelf! I was disgusted and left immediately. The price for produce is high enough, but when you see something like this it really makes you question that if what you are paying for is even worth it, let alone safe! If it were up to me, I wouldn’t hesitate to have let him go immediately.

Here is another example of why you want to stay the heck away from these cheap Supermarkets… My daughter went to Kings, which is really acme and purchased turkey Hill diet green tea. We thought it was a little strange that the sell date was only five days away…. So I called the company… From the additional stampings on the container, this product was sealed one year and eight months ago…. And since Acme buys their products from supermarkets that have gone under and deli and other places like that, you have no idea if this has been refrigerated the whole time.. You’re buying and putting in your body who knows what just a warning from someone who spent 30 years in the business

We were in Old Greenwich and made a stop at Kings for some essential groceries and we were pleasantly surprised by the selection of groceries, the cleanliness of the small market, and the incredibly fresh produce! For a small market you don't always expect the best fresh vegetables but Kings was by far better than the local large chain markets in our area. If you are in the area I would absolutely recommend a quick stop here for your grocer needs!

Every time I come to produce there are boxes stack high on a U-boat it’s like produce manger does not care about safety even where you go thru to get the bathroom there’s U-boat with boxes stake high from what I see it’s what he puts up I’m a faithful customer so I see him often beside that it’s amazing super market 😇

All the upper management here should be taught about customer service. Not once have I ever been greeted or any kind of acknowledgement. Kid with glasses not sure what he does. He just stands there like a scare crow.
