I have used Santaguida Sanitation for at least a decade, maybe 2. They come and pick up my trash on the days scheduled. Willie and his partner are polite and neat. They go into my garage, empty the containers and place them back where they were. The Santaguida office is polite and always answer my questions. I would recommend them highly. 😎

Absolutely phenomenal service from Santaguida! The ladies in the office are great and dispatched trucks right away to fix any issues related to moving in/out, adjusting pick ups, providing new trash cans, and weather related delays.

The dumpster caused significant damage to my driveway, resulting in a sizable hole. Initially, I had requested the dumpster to be placed in front of the garage, but the service did not comply. When I inquired about this, they mentioned potential property damage if they parked it in the requested location. Despite my repeated calls to relocate the dumpster, they emphasized that doing so would make me responsible for any resulting damages. Eventually, I had to abandon the idea of relocating the dumpster due to these concerns.

After the dumpster was picked up, I discovered a hole on my driveway. Despite their initial reluctance to relocate the dumpster due to potential liability for property damage, I expected them to take responsibility for the driveway damage since the dumpster was not moved. However, when I contacted the office, the staff informed me that no repairs would be undertaken. I find this contradictory and illogical – if they were concerned about liability initially, shouldn't they be responsible for the damage that occurred as a result of their decision not to relocate the dumpster?
