I accidentally broke a single lower pane of a double-hung window (with the heel of my hand) after spotting a squirrel raiding my “squirrel-proof” bird feeder (before having my coffee) one morning). I called Windowrama at the suggestion of my landlord regarding repair or replacement.

I was there looking for solutions for some escape windows, but they didn't give me more options than what is already on the market. I think it was because I only need 2.
I think they were able to offer some other option as windows of any size and style can be made. They just weren't interested in selling two windows.
