Very professional organization. Phibro has been picking up our cooking oil for over a year now. Always reliable every month and very efficient. We get an emailed confirmation of pickup every time along with a summary of the pickup. Recently, the company also started cleaning our restaurant's grease trap. Did an amazing job. Very professional and prompt. Pick up is scheduled quickly and they send an email with the amount collected and due right away. I also asked if they could take my old drum and they gladly disposed of it for us.

It has been over a year that we partnered with Phibro and they have delivered on all their promises so far. They come every month to empty our barrels and send us reports of what was taken and then send a check-unheard of before Phibro !!!
Their barrels are set on top of an apron that helps us avoid any run off of grease onto the pavement - that alone is a reason to use Phibro. The team is also wonderful to work with.
