Amazing store. Brought a piece of jewelry that had sentimental value and broke to here to be repaired. They fixed it while I waited and was inexpensive.

Very friendly staff and nice clean store. Great selection of watches. I will bring my stuff here to get batteries in the future and will definitely come here to look at jewelry and watches in the future.

My family has been using Faltom Jewelers for generations. Their craftsmanship is superior quality and the prices are very reasonable. Their repairs are very quick. Excellent selection of Portuguese gold. Just recently had a custom piece made, it is beautiful! Best jeweler in the area. Highly recommended!

I needed a custom wedding band made. The owner was very helpful and did exactly what I needed the band was perfect and everything I expected 10/10. I had gone to a couple of other places like ( jewelry designs) and they all turned me away because it just wasn’t in there interests, but faltom helped me out!! I will 100% be using them again for any of my jewelry/ precious metal needs.

Very good high-end jewelry store family owned for over 40 years conveniently located on main street and plenty of parking. Place is immaculate well lit and the people are very friendly. They took my wife’s engagement ring fixed in two days at a very very reasonable price looks amazing better than new thank you again

These people are thugs! I came in to get my gold rope chain repaired, they put it together but soldered it in a cheap way. Then when they called me up to say it was done the jeweler said they found a weak point. I gave it to them to repair again. When I came back the third time they said there were three more weak points... I looked and it seemed like someone pulled out the links from these points. These are dirty tactics performed by unethical rats. Stay far away from this jeweler, seems other reviewers have noticed a similar trend. I would give them negative stars. They ruined a sentimental cross chain. Pathetic weasels.

This jeweler duplicated a hand made one-of-a-kind sterling earring after I had lost one of a pair. Pretty good in itself, but the charged one tenth the estimate from another jeweler! I wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs.

I purchased my Fiancees engagement ring from Faltom Jewelers while deployed overseas with the military.

I searched for a few places who would even entertain the thought of working with me and Faltom Jewelers reached out and gladly took the challenge.

I worked with Rui and he was nothing but helpful. We worked for a few months back and forth through email until I was absolutely happy with the ring. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I even changed my mind multiple times until I was 110% satisfied. I made arrangements to get someone to pick up the ring and Rui worked with me the entire way.

With the ring I received a diamond certificate and letter of appraisal. Nothing was lacking in the paperwork department whatsoever.

A few months after I got home, the ring broke but without any question, Rui took it in, looked at it and repaired it. No questions asked and at no cost to me.

The inside of their store is clean and very welcoming. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by one of the staff members who are nothing less than willing to help you.

Rui, his brother Luis and their Father run a business that is well-deserved of praise and success. They will work with anyone who is seeking anything jewelry related. I have sent friends and family down there since my dealings with the store and they too, have provided nothing but positive feedback.

Great customer service, superior craftsmanship and excellent product support make this one of the best jewelry stores in the Valley.
