I haven't even bought anything yet as we are looking at colors that are not on the website - but I spoke to Lindsey on 1st call and Jennifer on call today and you are both so appreciated for your patience and courteous manners in dealing with a new customer!

I'm so happy that you had it in stock every one on line for the camaro Z28 Roadster club asked where to find the seal at because the car's were made by auto form and I had a profanity they used the same seals when they cut the roof off the top of the car to make it a 2 seater convertible. I bought foam for my 1963 Ford Falcon 2dr hardtop. The foam was for my bucket seats. I found Pro/fit Auto interior on line. I had a great experience with them over the phone. The lady who answered my call was very professional and assured me the item was in stock. The price was lowered during Black Friday weekend so I received a great discount. The delivery only took a week since it came out of California where I live, so thanks Pro/ Fit you came thru when I really needed my foam. WelI packaged. I found the item I was looking for online at this site. So a few clicks later, I purchased it. The item that was shown and described on the website, was NOT the item that showed up. They said it wasn't their fault. (It's definitely not my fault). So I asked for them to make it right and send the correct ones, and they said that the item shown aren't available. So I asked for a refund, and they wanted me to pay a 25% restocking fee. If you ordered a box of Corn flakes, and when you opened the box, there were dried peas inside, you wouldn't expect to pay a % fee to return it.
I lost it then. (Sorry). They tried to make excuses by saying things like "We told you on the phone", (when I called after waiting about 6 days to get an update on shipping), but they never said such a thing.
In the end, they offered to send some decals to make my items to look like the items I ordered. Which was a satisfactory solution to me.
If you insist buying from this establishment, I highly recommend calling before ordering, to make certain you are getting exactly what it is you want.

Working on a 1970 AMC Rebel Mechine , Ordered the interior back in March 2023 , Said would take a while that was ok for me because ,I had other stuff to do. 1/9/2024 Got my interior kit front and back , Looks great and I saved a some money by ordering from them. It all comes from Legendary Interiors anyway . And the wait time was the same , so save some money . And Buy from Pro Fit Interiors ! Thanks Ray
