The whole experience working with Mike was positive. He was responsive to my initial inquiry, worked with me to design a railing for my steps that I loved and even rushed to install them before a snowstorm to insure that no one would slip on the ice. His estimate was reasonable - especially for the quality of work - which was exceptional. I’ve had bad experiences with contractors in the past that overpromised and under delivered. That was definitely not the case working with Mike. He’s extremely trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend!

We hired Mike to help us design and install new black railings on a brick retention wall in the front of our house. Mike was so helpful and open to creativity in designing the railings. It felt as though I was working with an old friend. He went above and beyond with the install as well. They came out beautiful and we truly appreciate how passionate he is about his work. He takes great pride in his craft. It’s evident and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

After doing over our front landing and steps with stone and bluestone steps, we searched around for a good railing firm. After reviewing his website and extensive photo gallery, we met and took an immediate liking to Mike. A visit to his extensive shop confirmed we had made the right choice. The railings he personally installed for us are absolutely top quality and Mike was meticulous in making a perfect installation. We could not be happier with our beautiful new railings.

Mike recently completed the front railings on my parents home in Orange. He included a grab bar at the side entry to make it easier for my mom to navigate the side step. He listened to what they needed and made great suggestions. We love the final product and highly recommend Carrano’s Railings and Welding!

Excellent workmanship with custom made railing for my front porch really makes my house stand out- had them powder coated so they will never rust. Michael was easy to deal with and price was very competitive. He cares about his work. Highly recommend.
