When my regular mechanic was on vacation, I found myself in a bind and needed someone to take care of my car quickly. Kevin came through in a big way! He managed to squeeze me into his schedule and got the job done efficiently and professionally. His attention to detail and dedication to customer service were outstanding. I was so impressed with his work that I’ve decided Kevin will be my go-to mechanic from now on. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I visited this shop because my usual mechanic was too busy, but it quickly became our favorite. Kevin has been very honest with us about the issues we have with our cars and offering us alternatives and options. This guy is so nice and helpful. I took my girlfriends hybrid Hyundai in to get a code read because it was passing the test that the guys had at autozone and they recommended me going to a shop or asking a friend to see if they just happened to have a $9000 code reader on hand. I called we care auto and he got me in the same day. Unfortunately the code that was registering was very unique and was technically an auto body issue and not mechanical which he does not do work on. He could have charged me for an hour of shop time or for a diagnostic check but didn’t. Again, extremely nice and reasonable. Luckily he’s right down the road from where I live and will definitely be taking my business for mechanical issues to him in the future.

I am extremely happy to have found Kevin again from where I have had him service my vehicle at a previous establishment. I went in thinking I needed certain things done to my front end and was put at ease when he told me I did not need these things done where others would have seen me, an older woman, taken advantage of me and would of taken my money and ran. While there he also pointed out something that I did not know to keep an eye on.
It is over a 20-minute drive for me to his new establishment and will be more than happy to drive it again and again.He takes time to speak with you with a great attitude and his prices a very fair.
While there I also asked him if I purchased something elsewhere that I may need for my vehicle would he be happy to put it on for me and his response was.... Absolutely, no problem at all.... unlike a situation that I have had in the past with another establishment that defamed me for buying a part cheaper elsewhere and refused to help me out for he wanted to make money off of me and got upset that I did not buy the product from him at full price brand new.
As I said I will come back to this gentleman and yes he is a gentleman, that takes his time with the situation that you may have. I highly recommend you go no further than seeing Kevin at We Care Auto.
