Found the Steelcase Leap V2 at a very reasonable price and it was in great condition. The folks working here are very kind and helpful, and don’t put pressure on you. You are welcome browse their large selection casually and ask for help when you need it. Loved the chair so much we went back and bought two more! You would never guess that our chairs are used/refurnished. We had a great experience at United Office Furniture.

Awesome environment, kind staff helped find the perfect chair. Offered to replace the gas lift free of charge for one year and i'm loving my chair! I got the Steelcase Leap V1, I highly recommend it, it's super adjustable and 100% worth the $400.

Been in the market for a solid ergonomic chair for WAY too long, and finally decided to try one out for myself instead of ordering online like a lazy dummie. Went here on a whim, and I'm glad I did! Finally got to see what the hype was about, and the Leap V2 absolutely blows everything else I've ever tried out of the water. Hollees was my sales specialist, and was nothing but patient, informative, and made me feel at ease. Was never "pushy" like far too many sales-people, and made it an all-around enjoyable shopping experience. Would highly recommend that anyone contemplating buying an office chair to at least check out their showroom; I'm sure they'll have something right up your ally, and they won't steer you wrong!

Way more helpful than they need to be. I went in for one decent chair, and that's all I need, thanks covid. But now I wish it was back in the day when I might be setting up a whole new office, because I'd have an excuse to go back. Some day. I do still need a desk. Anyway, Support your local hard working hustlers, save some $ on like-new Real Equipment, and check them out.

Almost too-good-to-believe quality and pricing. But this outfit is for real. Amazing selection of desks, chairs, cabinets, etc. We got 6 Steelcase refurbished conference room chairs; literally in perfect condition; fantastic price. Super fast delivery; exemplary customer service all the way around. We've been all the major office furniture places in CT from Manchester to Stamford. United is the best of the bunch.
