I went to Mazda in Hamden to look at the CX90 for myself after driving other vehicles. I purchased a car for my daughter at this dealership a year ago and that was a great experience. When I arrived I was treated like a VIP. Anthony, who was our salesman last time, had been promoted to Finance Manager. He took the time to come out and greet me and walk me over to the other building to introduce me to my salesman Pierre. Pierre listened to what I was looking for and asked a ton of questions to make sure he was getting me the car i wanted. Pierre had a ton of knowledge about Mazda and answered any and every question I had during my test drive. Throughout my experience several different staff members came over and engaged in conversation. Everyone was genuinely friendly. After we agreed on a deal I was ready to come back and pick it up the next day. I was told that the car would be ready to go in an hour. So I went back to Anthony to sign the paperwork while they pulled the car off the showroom floor. Pierre then met me outside and he went through the entire car with to me to make sure he explained everything i needed to know about the vehicle. He also made sure i set up my Mazda app successfully. I work in customer service and was very nice to be on the receiving end of an amazing experience from beginning to end. Thank you Pierre, Anthony and the entire Mazda team.

Tyler and Sabina were both super friendly. They took the time to show us the car, answer our questions, and help us make the right decision about what features were important, all without any pressure.

Bought my Mazda CX-50 about 2 weeks ago and I’m in love with it! Tyler was friendly from the start, super easy to talk to, answered all of my questions, and made the experience wonderful. I wasn’t completely sure of which trim to get and he helped me pick the best fit/affordable option for me. The car was also fully detailed and full of gas when I received it. The place itself was clean, well-organized, and the selection of cars was impressive. The salesperson Tyler was the best!!! Super knowledgeable, took the time to explain each feature and let me test drive the options I liked. He was not pushy which made the process more comfortable. I recommend.

A very professional and friendly team. I got a very good deal buying my 2025 Miata. Atakan was my salesperson and made the whole thing easy. AJ helped finalize the numbers and Lori took care of the paperwork. Hamden Mazda is a better than average dealer with a patient and freindly staff. This is my second new Miata bought from them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for good deal in the future.
