The Stratatech staff is very responsive to our IT needs/requirements. They worked closely with us to update our six remote locations as well as the renovation and wiring of our new HQ location. Their response to any issues is almost instant, we meet monthly to review our whole IT platform with them and their technicians are smart, polite and efficient. Not many IT vendors can offer that kind of support. We are very happy with them.

I recently brought a damaged laptop to Stratatech for repairs. JoAnne at the front desk provided outstanding customer service: she was pleasant, answered my questions, communicated clearly and promptly, and honestly just made me feel like my computer was a priority. Rudy, the specialist who worked on my computer, also updated me with repair status and informed me of how long the repairs would take. Great experience all around and I would definitely recommend them!
