We Love NEPS!
We moved to NEPS after having a horror story of an experience with our former payroll servicer. Not only was onboarding easy, they came to our office to explain their process and function! Everyone we worked with that helped onboard us was so kind and really knew what they were doing.

Now that we have been using them for 3 months we can say that they are truly amazing. Our dedicated payroll rep is on top of our pay schedule, sends out reminders of when we need to submit our payroll hours by, and is always around to answer our questions.

They truly have payroll processing down to a science and although we haven't used them for their other services yet, believe us when we say that they will be out first call for all of the services they provide when we need to.

With New England Payroll Services you get the attention and customer service that you would get by using a small mom and pop payroll shop and the knowledge and expertise that you would get by using one of the bigger guys(ADP) at a price that can't be matched!

When asked about my thoughts or experience with NEPS I will often use the story of Goldilocks by referring to them as the porridge that is just right! This company goes above and beyond for their clients and we are more than satisfied with their services.

Have been using this company for many years and VERY happy with my rep. However, today I called and did not ask for my rep because I thought I had a quick question. Was transferred twice and I was told that I should call back in the morning. I said I am working on this now and he can sign into my payroll detail report and we can look together. To his credit he did that, but when I asked another question he said they are closing and we can pick this up in the morning. I already said I am working on this now. I hung up since he was unwilling to help me. Pathetic customer service, that someone can not stay on the phone past closing time (it was 5:01 at this point) to help a long term client.

The company continued to pay an employee that we informed NEPS was terminated through direct deposit from our company's account. By the time we noticed, NEPS had paid the ex-employee about $10,000 from our company's account after being terminated. The owner assured us that he would make this right . .through an errors and omissions insurance policy or otherwise. But then he stopped responding to our requests for information--then he ignored out attorney we were forced to hired to sue him. Terrifying that such a person had access to our bank account.
