I was informed about by BIOWAVE through my VA neurology doctor. I was able to do a two-week trial and they sent me the BIOWAVE home. Along with strap for my back and knee. I felt immediate relief after using it on my back for A half an hour. I would use it in the morning before I go to work. And it felt like it helped me loosen up and after work to relieve tension I thank BIOWAVE for the unit and my neurologist for thinking about me and my needs to team me up with BioWave.

Great customer service. Calls to make sure you are good and asks if you have any questions or concerns. Fast service getting machine and instructions for care and use of machine. Love the BioWave. It is nice to have the machine at home and able to do treatments when I feel like I need them. Nice long cords for machines are also a plus. Easy to use and comes with a handy storage bag.

It's great for temporary relief. Daily use is best. I usually use mine at night. I use it for about an hour. It cycles for 30 minutes so you just have to do 2 cycles. The biggest downfall is that the battery drains really quick. So watch your battery. It also drains when you aren't using it. So even if you put it away full, be sure to charge it before your next use because it will drain while nit plugged in and off.

UPDATE: I have thoroughly enjoyed the results that I have gotten from my BioWave unit over the last few weeks. It has truly helped me with the shoulder pain that I am currently dealing with. I am able to actually sleep at night pain free because of my BioWave unit. I highly recommend this to anyone experiencing muscle or joint pain. It definitely helped me.

I just received my BioWave unit late last night. However, all of the customer service representatives I have dealt with have been extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I will update my review if the unit after I use it for a few weeks. That is why no 5 star rating yet.
