Disappointing experience. We arrived prepared with detailed drawings, but the sales associate seemed annoyed to take us outside on a chilly day to see samples.

After a brief visit, we left with a quote and stone options. When we called to confirm, the price had unjustifiably increased—higher than two competitors—due to a sudden claim about the stone’s difficulty. Why wasn’t this factored in initially? Worse, the revised quote downgraded our specified mitered edge.

Despite years in business, they seem complacent. We value efficiency, transparency, and professionalism—qualities lacking in this experience. Time wasted. We’re taking our business elsewhere—plenty of local competitors value their customers:

After going to some other tile places, my husband and I stop in to Casatelli (live close by and drove by numerous times), WHAT A DIFFERENCE, Mary Lou was great, she took down all our information and within 3 hours that day we had our quote! Price was in line with everyone else but their service and attention was on point. Went back placed the order and unlike everyone else who told us it would take 3/4 weeks to deliver we will have our tile in a week.
