Yadson called ahead and arrived even earlier than scheduled to repair a leaking kitchen faucet. He was very professional and shook our hands and introduced himself. The faucet was a little tricky to remove, and he had to go back out and find the correct replacement faucet. Yadson stuck with the job until it was finished. I am very impressed with his work ethic, his attitude and his willingness to go the extra mile - cleaning up and putting everything away when he was finished.
