The station’s lay-out and architecture are nice. The infrastructure is well-maintained on both sides. On Henry Street’s side, parking is streetside and very limited, unless one enters the spiraling garage of four floors, which costs money. Though there are signs for taxicabs not to wait at the streetside parking, seemingly that is not enforced.

I never realized the small city of Norwalk didn’t have taxis available at every time of the day. Makes sense because it’s not a big city you could walk anywhere. Only their egos are big. That is all

Had to wait for an hour to catch a connecting train coming from New York City heading towards Danbury. Excellent waiting room. Very clean and well maintained. Restrooms were locked on this side stating that security staff should be asked for the key. Couldn't figure out where to find them though. Later on found out that on the other side of the train station where the parking garage resides, there were open restrooms. Like their phone charging stations on both sides although a lot of the cables had broken plugs. A few more electrical wall outlets would be nice to charge your phone using your own charger while waiting. There are a couple of vending machines to grab a snack or drink. No drinking fountains unfortunately.

E-Scooter stolen from inside garage bike rack RIGHT NEXT to the security desk… locked up. Security FAILED at doing their job. There goes $600. Thanks SoNo Metro North security.

It is an okay train station. It's a hub just like Stamford but it doesn't branch out as much. On the northbound side of the building, in the back there is a place where they seem to have a business, usually a restaurant. With that being said, they all seem to fail. It has a generous parking lot and a number of vending machines. It's reasonably clean and the location is very good, being within walking distance to the heart of Norwalk.

Great place, the station is amazing and this is also a transport hub. The Danbury branch starts here and the New Haven line also comes here. I wish a few amtrak trains stopped here but other than that its a great station!

Good station, clean, we could wait inside before the train arrives because of the storm, it was windy and rainy, despite the lack of a food service, there are machines to pick up some snaks. A very safe place to stay and take the trains
