I came here to purchase 3 mattresses & box spring, I was met by the owner and his wife who were extremely rude and disrespectful. They absolutely were trying to sell us on stuff way out of our budget, when we had already explained our budget, at which point the husband began to get red in the face and was making rude remarks. They mark up all their prices by over 120% they take 20-50% off to make it seem your getting a deal! buyer beware!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE. Bad company bad owners. Just w heads up!

Handyman Nate Home Repair and Remodeling.

I checked your organization website for a handyman and I found Handyman Nate Home Improvement he was prompt, efficient and his price was very reasonable. I had him build a wall unit to encapsulate my 75ā€tv. It was more than I expected he gave my some very good ideas as to how it should be insulated. I was so happy I’m going to have him remodel my kitchen.

I have been working with Rodrigo since I was eligible for Medicare which is a number of years ago. He assisted with the initial filling out of the paperwork and finding the best package for my needs. Medicare/insurance can be so daunting!
Recently, at age 68 almost 69 I got diagnosed with several health issues. I was so proud I was this old and not on any meds. If it wasn’t for Rodrigo’s knowledge and expertise guiding me, I wouldn’t have added the prescription part which I didn’t feel I needed and he explained why I did very clearly. How grateful I am he did, as now I am on 7 meds and with zero co-pays thanks to him! Plus he let me know I qualified for a program I wasn’t aware of. Every renewal period he follows up and once he even had me change my plan mid-year so I could go to my Chiropractor without a referral. He is very patient and takes the time to explain things. He is always there for you when you need questions answered and happy to call the insurance company if needed.
I just can’t say enough about his service which includes response time (amazing), guidance and assistance in many matters over the years. And he never acts like you are a bother no matter how often you email. He is simply top notch, and I am grateful for him!
I would recommend him highly!

If I could leave less than one star I would. Sutton Dental customer service is the worst on the planet. The front desk staff is so uneducated, unprofessional, and rude. They are more concerned with their nails and lashes than the patient.
For unknown reasons you can only get an orthopedic appointment scheduled on certain days and cleaning on other days not because they only do certain procedures on certain days (also true) but you literally have to call back because no one from cleanings can schedule for ortho. Be prepared to call, at least 4 times, before you get to a scheduler who can help you.
All though they all work in the same building with the same doctors, no one seems to really want to work in patient care. There is not one single ounce of anyone going above and beyond or even doing a mediocre job for the patient experience.
The online portal for appointment booking ā€œdoesn’t workā€ according to the rude front desk staff. You will, however, get a confirmation email about an appointment that doesn’t exist. You show up to find out you don’t have an appointment. Be prepared to take time off for nothing.
They will change your appointment date, fail to call you the day they changed it to confirm if the new date works with the patients schedule. They also don’t bother to even let you know your appointment changed. Sometimes you’ll get a call a week and maybe a day before your new appointment date - you didn’t know you had; sometimes you don’t.
My son was supposed to have head gear. He never received that - he’s also had his braces on for well over 2 years, because of the rescheduling and missing of unknown appointments.
Beware. The worst place on the entire Earth. Do not take yourself or your children here.

The owner Matt definitely stands by his company and work. I have done business with this company 2021-2022. Matt resolved our issue as he said he would. I would highly recommend this company regarding paving. A man of integrity.

I recently had to acquire a lawyer to help with a Workman's Comp. Claim.I contacted Nichols Law Firm in Torrington. At first I was nervous but once I sat and talked with Jeff..he reassured me..he could help. He was fantastic in handling all my paperwork and court responses.I would definitely return to him for any advice for any problem. He is someone who you can trust !!

Enterprise in Ansonia CT
In the beginning everyone was great. My problem began when you guys took out money from my account I didn’t give permission to have you guys take it out, so when I explained that money was taken out of my account the manager said I did owe the money, l know for a fact I didn’t, my car insurance covered me till 3/8 - 3/20 then I had to pay out of pocket, on 3/22 money was taken out the first payment was for the rental I completely agreed then on the same day my account was charged again after the first payment, the second payment was the one that shouldn’t have been taken out. When I spoke to the manager I explained what happened he was like you owe that amount to get caught up with my account, if the manager saw that the account wasn’t caught up he should of called my insurance company and had them get caught up, the manager said I’ll call you back, well he never did when I called the next day I was on hold for 25 minutes still didn’t answer the phone, I called the next day the same thing I called their corporate office and they gave me the runaround I’ll message the manager to call you, he never did call me back. I’m tired of getting the runaround with this company. I wouldn’t recommend this rental company to anyone. The manager said he’d call me back never did then had me on hold then never picked up that’s pretty rude. I’ve been trying to resolve this since 3/23 and still trying. I’m beyond frustrated.

No one has been in contact with me with my situation, pretty poor customer service. I didn’t want to even give a star. All I wanted was money that enterprise in Ansonia owes me. I have a lot of relatives that do business with you guys, I’ll just tell them to find someone else with their business.
