Koala did an excellent job with the spray in insulation in my crawl space. I met with Graema to review the project, he provided an estimate within a day or so which was the most reasonable of the three prices I received. They were available to start at my convenience within a week or two of agreeing upon the pricing. They came one day to do the removal of the old fiberglass insulation and then a day or two after that to apply the spray foam insulation. The guys were all professional, polite and left the basement and crawl space clean during and after the work was completed. I would use Koala for any future insulation projects I have and would highly recommend them!

Koala 🐨 Insulation went over and above customer service. I was dealing with a dilemma with my mold mitigation company window of time and they step up with additional employees to complete the task on hand. On a very frigid day, they kept the doors and windows closed as much as possible so that we didn’t lose all the heat in the home during the removal of insulation. The staff was very courteous and attentive and respectful to our home. We highly recommend Koala Insulation for any needs needed to be done at your home

Koala of Central CT was the best to deal with from begining to end. Their quote was the best by far. Their price was the lowest but they also made adjustments to reduce the square footage for large window space, ect. Scheduling was a breeze. Then they got us in two weeks earlier with a cancellation. The installers were friendly, respectful and left the yard clean. Dian came to check on the job and was very friendly and personable! This is by far one is the best companies I have worked with!

I thought they did a very good job. The crew came on two hot days and worked well. I went up into the attic and looked at the job and found it to be thorough.

There was good communication with the front office. They were clear about when they were coming and worked with me on my specific requests.

I shopped around for a few quotes, and Koala had the most competitive pricing and was able to give me the product choice that I wanted (fiberglass).

I recommend them to others and would use again.

We used Koala Insulation of Central CT to remove our old and disgusting basement ceiling batt insulation and to spray our rim joists with closed cell spray foam. The price was very reasonable in my opinion and the crew seemed well organized and professional. Overall very pleased with the end result.
