Blasius Chevrolet was amazing to work with! Steven Lord from day 1 of inquiring about a vehicle was very responsive to all of my questions. He was attentive & worked with me on my trade in to get the best deal possible. I took home my 2022 Silverado Diesel a week and a half after meeting Steven virtually over text. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I drove 4 hours round trip from Upstate NY to purchase this truck and I would do it all over again. I had the pleasure of working with Max Dragone in purchasing a 2024 Ford Mustang. Max and staff at Blasius were genuinely customer service oriented. Let's see where do I begin? Let's start off with my Internet sales person who had to prove to me. He was not AI, which was funny almost lost to sell because of the AI but anyway, this man Richard Noble went beyond my expectation for making sure I was completely comfortable with the purchase of the 2022 CT 5V. He was a gentleman and he answered all my questions with no problem, but let me change that any question that I had that he couldn't answer he got back with me in a timely fashion to make sure that I was satisfied with the answer and I cannot forget about Erick Larson this man is a standup guy. It was a pleasure and an honor working with him. I will say this this dealership has something I haven't seen in a long time and that is how much they really care about the consumer or customer however you wanna look at it, but I am truly grateful. I am happy and satisfied with my purchase and hopefully I'm looking forward to be able to do some more business with y'all in the near future not really all that excited about the drive from DC to Connecticut, but you all made the trip worthwhile. Blasius Chevrolet Cadillac is a great dealership. They have an inviting, clean, and professional sales floor and a terrific sales staff. Steve Lord was my sales representative and he could not have been better to work with. Within an hour (maybe even half hour) of my sales inquiry, he had retuned my call with a courteous message. Steve was very knowledgeable about the car (a Chevrolet Volt) and answered what felt like a hundred questions from me. The test drive, sale, and pickup was truly a fast and easy process.
