This was my first visit here. I had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Bella Wolf was thorough, friendly, and informative about what she was doing, why she was doing it, and the possible outcomes. (Everything turned out okay). The staff, Casey and Evan, were extremely friendly and informative, as well. I will definitely return to this practice and Dr. Wolf.

I had my pre-op visit today with Tracy taking measurements and explaining in detail every step in the process, answering all my questions. Then Dr. Mandava discussed my best options for my needs & expectations. I had met him once before and once again at this meeting found him very patient, reflective, caring, and impressive. It was a holiday and the office was much quieter & calmer than my first visit which added to my feeling of everyone focusing on me as an important patient. The atmosphere was tranquil. I came away feeling I was in good hands.

Greenwich Ophthalmology is wonderful! Dr Tsong is the best & all the staff are exceptional. Shout out to Chris who is a true gem! The facility is immaculate and front office staff is proactive with processing of paperwork/billing/scheduling. Highly recommended!

Amazing place that I wholeheartedly trust with my daughter’s eyes. At age 8 her vision started to change, and by 9 with rapid progression. They offered contacts that could stop or slow myopia, the consultation was amazing as they coached her and built her confidence to start wearing these life changing contacts. We could not be more impressed. Highly recommend for pediatric patients as they have such a nice way of explaining everything to them with such care.

Dr. Denzel is an excellent doctor and I really appreciate how she explains what’s going on. However, since the practice was bought out the wait times are very long. 2 to 4 times longer than previously. I know doctors are busy. But it’s easily solved by not booking as many appointments for doctors so that patients don’t have to wait 50 minutes for a 5 minute appointment.

Great experience with Brian who did my intake and pre exams before seeing Dr Conway. He was polite, professional and proficient. He explained everything he was doing and made me feel comfortable to ask my questions. Highly recommend both Brian and Dr Conway at Refocus in Greenwich, CT.
