Brian Chris and Patrick the entire team down at airline goes above and beyond to help out their customers. Have had several issues with my bike And they have fix them every time, fast and efficiently. Outstanding all around everyone there is great and treat you like family.

Great shop!! Truly makes you feel at home and listens to what you’re looking for! I’ve bought a few bikes there and had my full suspension bike’s fork and rear shock serviced and every time it was top notch service!! Brian the owner is a great guy & his staff is super helpful!

Started with this group when they were in Colchester, and followed them here when they closed the other one. Reasonable prices, and take the time to do the job right. They have worked on my Himiway bike and now my Rip Current S ebike for the 7200 miles I have owned them. Just fixed a hydraulic brake, very knowledgeable people, I recommend them highly!

Airline Cycles in East Hampton, CT is the absolute best! So very knowledgeable, helpful, and probably the best customer service we have ever had! We bought 2 Velotric e-bikes and Jack was the best! Anyone needing or wanting a bike of any kind should not go any place but Airline Cycles. 👍

Awesome shop. Brian, Chris,Jack and others I do not know their names are great people. They stop whatever they are doing to help with your needs or questions. They are very knowledgeable and can offer cycling advice no matter the subject and always make you feel welcome. Nice hometown bike shop with great "shop dogs" who love visitors. Definitely recommend stopping in.

As someone that’s new to bikes, Brian and company were a great introduction to cycling. I had a fantastic experience at this bike shop! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me get my new to me bike back in operation. They were patient and answered all my questions, making sure I felt confident in my choices and seemed to care more about my experience than making a sale. I'll definitely be returning for any future biking needs. You don’t find places like this very often!
