We just upgraded my engagement ring and all I can say is wow!! Brad who is one of the owners worked with me personally. He is very knowledgeable and gave me an incredible deal on my new ring. You would not think it’s possible buying a ring on Greenwich Ave at such a good price. Brad and his whole team treated me like a friend that I have known forever. This was my first time shopping there and won’t be my last. They also resized my watch and sized my ring as I waited very convenient and quick service. I highly recommend and definitely check them out. The store has a very beautifully curated selection of jewelry. I literally have the ring of my dreams now thanks to Brad and the team!

Amazing service me and my boyfriend that is a local artists we went in for a questionable service because our jewelry piece was brought to about 6 different places and no one could fix it. So we searched up numerous places and landed on this place we called ahead of time and was told to bring it in to see what they could do we went in and each person we spoke to was so nice. Before we could say we where remembered over the phone lorella might be spelling it wrong but she took it to the back and we where still surrounded by good employees came out in 20 minutes with a fixed piece and a complimentary service we couldn’t do anything but bless her so much we appreciate everyone their and will be back for future work THANK YOU.

Shreve Crump is the absolute best in Greenwich for all your jewelry needs! They have terrific customer service. Owners Brad and Olivia source and make the most beautiful things. And Lorella, who helped me reset my diamond studs, is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is so good at her job and makes sure the customer is always thrilled with the end result!!!

I think they are the best jeweler in Greenwich. Ive had jewelry repaired and sized and even cleaned. Jeffrey does beautiful work. He brought a treasured piece back to life after repairing it and cleaning it. Its gorgeous. Im thrilled with their service. And the staff is great. I highly recommend them.

Meryl helped me to create a family heirloom which exceeded my expectations! From start to finish, it was done professionally, quickly and was a fun experience. My custom made medal necklace is stunning and so tastefully done. I absolutely love it. Brad also helped to make sure that I was happy and I appreciate the high end customer service. I worked with Olivia to get my watch and the engagement ring at the Greenwich store. She was extremely helpful and worked patiently with me to find exactly what I was looking for! She was able to find the exact stone I was looking for for a price that beat every other jeweler. I trusted her so much by the end I let her pick the side stone and setting to make everything come together. My fiancé and I couldn’t be more happy with the ring and the experience overall with Olivia and Sherve Crump & Low as a whole! I would recommend to anyone who is looking to see Liv!!

I just had a great experience at the Shreve, Crump & Low Greenwich, CT store. Lorella helped me with an appraisal. She was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. There was a wide range of items for appraisal and she handled them all with skill. The appraisal price was very reasonable. It is not easy finding an appraisal service these days and Shreve, Crump & Low provided the service with skill, privacy and affordability. James
