The entire project of installing two doors downstairs and a large front door with side lights was really fantastic… The results were all beyond my expectation. John Damascus was wonderful as a sales person and really helped to nail down the door design for the front, which my wife totally loved. The workmen Victor and Peter were fantastic and really came out and did a wonderful job under very adverse conditions weather wise( it was in the 20s for two days) and they really hit it out of the park. could not be happier! Anderson really delivered and everything you said in your ads was true… A quality company with quality product and wonderful workmanship.

Had 3 windows replaced today by Renewal by Anderson. The gentlemen doing the job were extremely courageous and did a great job. Two of the windows were very large 4’x6’ But they handle them well. They even mopped the floor when they were cleaning up. I would highly recommend getting windows replaced by them.

Update- was told to leave windows closed for 24 hours so foam insulation to dry. After inspecting windows on the 2nd day i found multiple screw plugs missing and one of the screws on one locked stripped. Called my rep and waiting a week for someone to call back to set up inspection and repair.
Update review
After a few days I was contacted and set up an appointment for the small repairs. Two gentlemen came and took care of all the issue. Now my windows are just like they should be. All in all I am happy with the windows and the workmanship.

Over the weekend, I had a window replaced by Renewal by Anderson. The installer, Darius Kotula, was absolutely outstanding. Not only is he an incredibly knowledgeable and professional installer, but he's also a truly wonderful person with impeccable customer service skills. The entire process was seamless and efficient, learning no sign of the replacement work-only a beautiful new window and expertly installed trim. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for anyone considering window or door replacements.

Overall a great experience…from door selection to installation. A particular challenge as the house is almost 100 years old. Installation team stayed well into the evening until everything was done correctly.

I thought they did a great job installing our patio doors. The installers worked quickly and cleaned the area as they went along. But upon further inspection they did miss a few screws in the installation.
Update 6/18:
They did respond quickly and fixed it same day. I had a few issues with the chipping the paint on my patio which was annoying but not a huge deal.

Update 6/20: Today I was going to remove the curtain I had above my old patio doors. Only to find that they installed molding on top of the curtain hardware. Which means I cannot remove the curtain rods with our further damaging the door. This is extremely frustrating considering how expensive these doors were. I have contacted them and I am currently waiting a response.

Update: They promised to call with a date and time to resolve the issue the following day. They never called, I had to call back 4 days later and then was finally called back.

Update : 6/27 They sent a service technician to address the issue.

The experience left much to be desired. We spent a lot of money and got subpar service. I don’t think I would recommend Renewal by Anderson and will definitely look else where for our windows. Not the kind of service I expected for the price we paid. I expected this kind of service from home depot or Lowe’s.
