It was a pleasure working with Greenwich Shade & Blind. The team installed a 12 foot by 5 foot Hunter Douglas motorized skylight shade in our living room ceiling. This was an impossible task because Hunter Douglas doesn’t make shades this size. Greenwich Shade & Blind used their incredible problem solving skills and got it done for us with some scaffolding. Working with the team was a breeze and they were available at all hours of the night and day to answer my text questions. Before working with Greenwich Shade & Blind, I shopped around different places. Some stores wouldn’t take on this task due to the large scale of this project. I am grateful to Greenwich Shade & Blind for completing such a beautiful and amazing project for us! 🙏🏻

We renovated a modern farmhouse and needed window treatments. After comparing several companies, we went with Greenwich Shade and Blind. First, they were highly recommended to us. Second, their pricing was comparable to the other bids. But more importantly they were responsive. Joe was our contact and went beyond. He automatically demanded a reorder and expedited delivery of material that arrived damaged. Then after install, he asked to redo a section of shades that weren’t perfect....at no additional charge. From the lay person’s perspective, I didn’t even notice it. Regardless it was replaced in a timely manner and the end result are beautiful windows I love. Joe is honest, competent and a true professional. I would definitely use him again.

Mike was wonderful to work with and helped us get a motorized Hunter Douglas Shade for a large skylight window remotely at the height of Covid. He kept us updated along the way and made sure everything worked properly. We love our new shade and I recommend them for the wonderful customer service.

Absolutely love our shades from Greenwich Shade & Blind. Great customer service; the guy they sent to install was very clean, vacuumed up any mess he made and got everything up and running with our Wi-Fi and mobile app. Love being able to tell Siri to close/open the shades! And in the morning, our bedroom shades automatically start opening little by little as we wake up, it’s fantastic!
