I just had the best experience with Gail! Talk about fast service, my personalized photo frame was ready within 30 minutes! I called and spoke with Gail, who was so kind to help me find the perfect gift in my price range, she was so helpful and understanding. I would absolutely recommend you come here for all of your personalized gifts. They have such a great selection. The service is impeccable, and the turnaround time is fabulous! She even wrapped my gift for me and put a beautiful blue ribbon since the gift is for a baby boy and offered me a card since I did not have one! I will absolutely be back.

Gail and Michael were wonderful. We had a little problem with the finish on a product and they worked with the manufacturer until it was made right. Outstanding! An incredible selection and true, personalized service. I needed a last-minute christening gift and didn't have a clue. When I said that, she said "oh, I have lots of ideas." Sure enough. I was shown items from $50-425. - all engraved at no cost. I chose a silver box and came back later that day to pick it up. Perfectly engraved, and then beautifully wrapped. When you want one-stop-shopping come here. The best!

The other positive reviews are well warranted as the owners of Michaelangelo of Greenwich could not be more accommodating. I had a quick turnaround request to engrave executive pens as a gift. I found this business by Google-ing "engravers" near me. I went in and not only could they accommodate my quick turnaround, but they were also more cost efficient than other companies with whom I spoke. They do the engraving on site, so you don't have to deal with a middle man. Quality is also excellent and to top it off, they are very nice people. Cannot say enough positive things about them and fully recommend supporting our local, small businesses such as Michaelangelo of Greenwich. Ask for either of the owners, Gail or Mike, and they will take care of you.
