Patrick, our sales consultant, was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Totally the opposite of the "car salesman" trope. Andy in F&I was quick and efficient. They even had our Gladiator ready to go earlier than they had projected. Truly a great experience from the second we walked in to the second we drove out. Definitely recommend Jeep City.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this place deserves to be put on blast. I purchased a used vehicle from them after they told me it would be available for a showing and test drive, I show up after driving over an hour away to find out it’s in the body shop. Unable to see the vehicle nor test drive it. Had to make another appointment to come back. Purchased the extended warranty from Andy in finance and was told I would have a $0 deductible for any warranty work performed. Turns out there’s now a $200 deductible. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone in finance for over a week about this issue, called numerous times, left messages and no one has ever reached out to resolve this issue. The way they operate is unacceptable and unprofessional. Once they get your money they don’t care about what happens afterwards. Their communication towards customer service is pathetic. They also sold me the car with only one key.

Misogynistic, dismissive staff. I like my new car but would definitely not recommend this slimeball dealer. They registered my car to the wrong address out of convenience then tried to gaslight me into thinking it was my fault. As a result, I’ve had to pay for a new title to be sent to my actual address. Also, despite my asking multiple times for clarification, they failed to give me the information I needed to utilize my prepaid maintenance service. I’ve now paid for multiple oil changes out of pocket which should be covered by the plan I purchased. Take your business elsewhere!!!

A truly, deeply sleazy dealership. You’ll feel it when you walk in. Trust your instincts. Finance manager called me to tell me a car I was interested in was available. The recent buyer wasn’t approved. I needed to give a $1,000 deposit to hold it and get to the dealership asap if I wanted it. $38,000 Genesis GV70 with 20,000 miles. Cool. Here’s my credit card. I’m on my way. 75 minutes away. I get there and they have a 2024 GV70 with 6,000 miles for me to test drive. The car the guy called me about sold days ago. No issues with buyer financing. Sold. This car they have set up for me to test drive is way more expensive. Oops. They apologized for the confusion. There was no confusion. They lied. Huge waste of time and resources. I ended up buying a GV70 today but not from these chowderheads. They sell Jeeps and Chryslers, which is suspect at face value. Products with a long history of reliability issues. Probably need a low level of integrity to sell the garbage new cars they sell. But they wallow in the same morass with their used car offerings. They suck. Absolute clowns. They’re worse than confused. Worse than dishonest. They are actively working to defraud the people that walk in. Avoid this place like it’s contagious. After reading other reviews with similar ‘bait and switch’ sales tactics, I sent a complaint to the Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission for review. STAY AWAY!!!

I’ve never had such a poor experience leasing a car. Made an appointment and came out with my new baby to excited to see the 2025 wagoneer. I I had a few questions and the sales person I was speaking to got up and spoke to his manager. The manager could not be bothered to get up and come answer my questions, but basically the sales person told me he couldn’t help me - that they “changed their rules” and only lease the cars that they have on the lot which is very strange because it is a pretty small dealership. I’m pretty sure that’s not the case and they just didn’t want to help me for some reason. The whole experience was terrible and a waste of my afternoon. I guess I will be leasing a Ford expedition max. Horrendous customer experience. Avoid this place.
