Purchased their crispy cocoa Einkorn cookies. Dense and delicious. Package was packed unlike most prepared food products these days. Great value. These would make an awsome Cheesecake crust.

I've always liked the pasta since I found out I have celiac years ago. I was super happy that they had Mac n cheese that was vegan also. I bought a box of macn cheese that said plant based and as a vegan I was super excited but after taking a few bites it tasted like dairy and I looked at the ingredients and there was milk in it. Milk is not plant based. I'm very disappointed by the brands labeling plant based and using dairy.

I bought 20 lbs of Einkorn unhybridized wheat from them that was/is bio-dynamically grown and my family loved it.
It has the natural gluten levels God created it with. I believe this company truly cares about the quality of their products and their customer service is very good and delivery punctual. I can't say enough good about them.

Just ordered some items to try out and the cookbook. Delivery was quicker than another order that was supposed to arrive . I love the flour and cookbook. Best pancakes I ever made. Loved Einkorn flour. I will for sure support them so I can continue to enjoy their products. Thank u.
