Great customer service! They were able to embroider some hats for me for a fundraiser in a very short time frame. It was a pleasure to work with Brandy, who was at all times pleasant, professional and helpful. They also did a great job turning our concept into an embroidered design. The whole group is very happy with the finished product.

I ordered one single "joke" shirt and it came out perfect! Also, my sales representative, Brandy Bourdia, was phenomenal when it came to her customer service (which was very refreshing) as well as design, proof and re-proof to make adjustments I requested after changing my mind. I have gone to R & N Apparel as the buyer for a small, private club. Each year we add a few different products and then there’s our old standbys that I reorder. I work with Amy and she is amazing!!! I would definitely recommend R&B Apparel. They were fantastic in providing prompt and quick service. Rich helped me find the perfect sweatshirt, in a unique color for my team member. He promised he would have a sample sweatshirt in a week's time, so I could feel the material before placing a bulk order, and had it delivered to me 3 days earlier than expected. He took his service a step further and showed me what it was going to look like with the company logo. Wonderful gentleman, and you really couldn't beat the price. Great service and quality. We will be sure to contact him again in the future.

My brother stopped by here in need of an embroidered design put onto a birthday present for his wife. They were able to quickly accommodate him even though the usual turnaround time is not the same day.
