Gerry's service is second to none I had an issue with a return when the IRS sent me a balance due.

I contacted Gerry the next morning and had me in his office at 10 am always returns calls and if it is an urgent matter he will get you in ASAP they got me in this morning right in the middle of tax season would not trust anyone else BUT Gerry to do my taxes and for financial advice on my tax returns Great Guy

Update have sent others to Gerry all had great things to say. I have always received nothing but professional advice when it comes to taxes.

Never have had any issues getting a hold of him whenever I needed to contact him or returning my voicemails.

Paid $600 and change to have my taxes done by Gerry. My refund on my paperwork was $3043. I filed on march 23, 2020. Got my refund on July 22, 2020.....BUT the refund from the IRS was only $2340. Called and talked to Gerry multiple times and same run around...everyone is having problems, cant get a hold of the IRS, blah blah blah. He hasnt returned ONE phone call and I’m pretty sure he hasnt tried to resolve ANYTHING about my return. IRS said its possible that they sent in the wrong file for my electronically filed return. Worst service I’ve ever had.

Honestly, the best there is. Jerry is the best, very friendly and easy going. Great sense of humor and gets you the most out of anyone. I been to 10 diff tax people... he is hands down the best. Idk why people are leaving bad reviews apparently they never did turbo tax or went to the national tax preps that do nothing for you or actually work for your money. Gets me the most out of anyone. Knows how to work with the rules and standards.

WORST business practices imaginable....company failed to file federal and state income tax on time and now we face a $1200 penalty from IRS....Owner Jerry....does NOT ever return your phone calls
When you do reach him he claims he's gonna send out a notice to IRS on our behalf.

He told us he has 85 other clients who he needs to help with IRS penalties due to "failure to file"

I would not call this a "respectable" business, but front desk staff is always friendly and has always fulfilled any of my requests.
Our tax processor is very much unprofessional (filthy mouth), but for the number of years we have been going here, he is probably the best at what he does.
I think customers are just profit for this business, but I cannot complain about any wrong-doing to us or illegal maneuvers.
I wish there was more professionalism in the office and more concern for the client.

Went to see Gerry and had an awful experience. Left feeling swindled, I do not recommend. Seems to prey on people who aren't knowledgable, tread carefully. I wish I read the reviews on this business beforehand, hopefully you all do!
