I was looking for a steel frame touring bike. Steve at Bicycles East took the time to listen to my wants, where other bike shops just pushed their in stock bikes that did match what I wanted. Deb and Steve have been very helpful to me for the past 10+ years. Over the years we purchased two Giant road bikes, three mountain bikes and a hybrid. Most importantly, Steve was able to work out some fit issues and was even able to solve an issue where my foot was falling asleep. He is a great bike fitter!
Deb is very knowledgeable and very involved with area groups dedicated to ensuring bike riders have safe places to ride and are safe on the road.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Steve is arguably the most knowledgeable bike fitter around. It takes about 2 hours for a professional fit but is worth every penny. Over the years I have bought about 8 bikes here for myself and family. They carry custom built Seven titanium bikes, I just bought one. I also have a Trek Emonda and my wife has a Domane, both bought there as well

The first time I came in here I was in the middle of trying a number of different bikes from different brands/shops. I worked with Deb who was extremely helpful and kind. She brought me out to test drive and settle on the best option for me from the shop. After visiting other shops I decided to go with a Trek bike. When I came back in a couple weeks later I worked with Steve who helped me size the correct bike and made it perfect for me. I ordered the bike and I picked it up today. Perfectly assembled and Steve worked with me again to make sure everything was adjusted correctly. Overall a really great experience from this bike shop.

This shop is fantastic! Deb was incredibly helpful and took me in the back parking lot to try out the mountain bike I was looking at. I haven’t biked for 12+ years so I was looking at one of the more basic bikes ahead of coming in and no one tried to upsell on more expensive bikes which I really appreciate it since I am on a little bit of a budget. Even though I got one of the cheaper bikes, I still felt that Deb was incredibly helpful and attentive in teaching me about the bike and making sure that that it was the right fit for my needs. Thank you Deb!

I went to a bunch of shops looking for a bike, Bicycles East was the best by far. I worked with Deb and Steve, who both listened to what I was looking for and helped me find it. I am so glad I found their shop and will be returning there for all my service and supply needs. They didn't try to upsell me and steered me away from more expensive bikes that I suggested but wouldn't have suited my needs. Deb spent a lot of time test riding bikes with me to make sure I had the perfect fit. The bike I chose was in stock and I took it home that day but Deb checked warehouses for all the bikes that I was contemplating. This shop is friendly, knowledgeable and pricing was similar to the other places. I highly recommend going there if you're in the market for a bike!
