I’ve been going to Beem Light Sauna in Glastonbury for 3 months. It’s been an amazing experience for my physical and mental health during the colder months. I have the monthly unlimited pass, where I’m able to use both the sauna and red light therapy as frequently as I’d like. I do the sauna around 1-2x a week and the red light therapy 4-5x a week. The sauna absolutely has contributed to better sleep for me! The red light therapy has a variety of health and cosmetic benefits too. I work out often, so using it for muscle recovery and reducing inflammation is the biggest benefit for me. The staff is also so friendly! You’ll always be greeted with a big smile when you walk through the door. I highly recommend trying it out!

I had the nicest experience here today. The space is beautiful, very upscale and every detail is well thought of. I did a 40 min infrared session and enjoyed a private suite, filled with face mask and essential oil scented towels. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and explained the entire process so well. I look forward to coming back again and brining my husband next time. My entire body felt less tense and more relaxed.

Beem Light Sauna facility is immaculate, always clean, fresh towels and a relaxing experience. The cooling towel they provide after your sauna is a perfect way to end your experience. It is my favorite way to recover from a workout or recovery from a hangover or destress from a day. Having the option to change the colors and play your own music makes it much better than the gym sauna. I do use the dry heat sauna at the gym, but the infrared light and sauna at beem provides better health benefits and relaxation of having a sauna to yourself. Highly would recommend this for anyone who is looking for health or relaxation benefits.

The experience I had at beem in Glastonbury was nothing short of amazing. I wasn’t sure how I was going to like being in a sauna but it was incredible. I never thought I would feel the effects after just one session and I can’t wait for my next one. The front desk is so sweet and genuinely excited for you and passionate about what beem is all about. Yesterday was my first time at Beem and from the beginning was amazing. The front desk clerk was very welcoming and explained everything to me prior to me going into room. Once in entered the room and begin to sweat the cool eucalyptus wash cloth helped me stay cool as well as the refreshing boxed water. I definitely will be back .

The place is really nice. At peak times, it is difficult to get an appointment, I do wish the facility was bigger. Also, the individual rooms should be somewhat bigger to allow for someone to recline. There is minimal room and it makes it difficult as the "bench" is set just to have one sit facing the glass, so turning sideways is awkward. Music is nice, and the staff and atmosphere are pleasant.

I try to get in for a sauna session every Friday. It’s the best way to finish the work week and start the weekend. I feel like a brand new person at the end my session, it’s so relaxing and refreshing! The rooms and saunas are so clean and well kept, the whole experience is luxurious!
