Stanley installed our hotel front door. When it stopped working, we filed a service request online and then crickets. They don't answer calls or emails. It's been over a week now with a hotel front door that don't close and still nothing from Stanley. Getting any kind of service or response from Stanley is like pulling teeth. Find another door company!

We called this company to fix the electric doors to the waiting room at our medical office. They sent a tech that claimed we need to install a new sensor. We unknowingly said OK and with a week they billed us over $600 for 20 minutes work. The door still worked only erratically and opened and closed without anyone around. We called them back and tech now said we need a complete overhaul of the door and gave us an estimate for over $2800. We called another company for a second opinion. Their tech came out and inspected the door. He said he could find no new sensor. Furthermore, he found that a critical fuse had been removed and the door had been put in 'test mode' which caused the door to open and close erratically. Put a new fuse in and then put in Normal mode. Door works perfectly. No $2800 repair needed. And no $600 sensor could be found. I have now heard more of Stanley's tactics from other customers. These people are scam artists. DO NOT RECOMMEND. BEWARE!

This company is the worst! They never return calls, they promise quotes and don’t deliver. All they ever did was send a bill! Multiple messages left, sometimes two a day. You call the office and the automated system reaches a dead end and hangs up on you...

zero tech support over the phone. they say to go to their website which has absolutely zero helpful info on real troubleshooting. the only way to get repair help is to order service. good luck spending less than a grand on any door issue. buy your automatic doors elsewhere.

There was a worker cursing up a storm in front of a retirement community while on his phone. I could not believe the level of disrespect this man had for the elderly in his surroundings. Will never recommend this service.
