If you take a few minutes to actually google this studio you wont find anything worth while. Seeing the images linked to this location alone shows that these guys haven't learned much in terms of animation, graphic design, script writing, or anything that goes into making quality animation. Whether this is all just for fun or not, I cannot tell. Their Facebook page would indicate that they have long term goals in mind so that's the assumption I'm working with.

If any of them do see this post, I would recommend spending some time doing the following:
1. Figure drawing courses: will improve your character drawing ability faster than any other method. I speak from experience.
2. Read "The Hero with a Thousand Faces". It's a classic book on story telling and can be applied to any script.Also a video on Youtube called "Hero's Journey Explained" does a fantastic job of elaborating on the ideas brought up in the book.
3. Learn Graphic Design and Typography. Be sure to take this one just as seriously if not more so than the other suggestions, as good logo and type can change your look from "random dudes making dumb videos" to "serious studio looking to create interesting and worthwhile content" in the eyes of outsiders.
