Had such a great experience working with Nick! Test drove on Tuesday and had the car by Friday! Nick made the process so easy having Bob assist with some paperwork to make sure the everything went smooth and easy. Couldn’t be happier & more thankful!

I came to Gale Toyota without much hope when my van broke down on my way to work. The service department was courteous and did everything to help me with the repair. When that did not work out, they connected me with the company across the street who purchased the van quickly and efficiently. We then were introduced to a wonderful salesman named Derrick. He was friendly, professional and found us a vehicle worth going for. He walked us through the process, remained courteous and attentive, and kept our time at the dealership minimal as we have children. He ensured he got approved, got us connected with financing and had the vehicle ready for pick up when it was all set. He helped subvert a few minor issues along the way as well which saved time. Derrick and everyone and Gale Toyota were amazing. We are loyal customers now.

I had the pleasure dealing with Nicholas Joren, he explained everything thoroughly and walked me through all the features of the car I went ahead and purchased. Paul is fantastic. Very nice and professional. Paul put up with a lot as my wife and I were both looking for very different car options at the same time. Paul sat down with us for a substantial amount of time and went over many great options for us without any pressure. Ended up with a Tacoma that perfectly fit my needs. 12/10 stars. Will be coming back for the 4Runner soon.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Gale Toyota! As someone who lives by the Camry, I'm thrilled to say my new one has me completely smitten. It's everything I could ever dream of in a first car—smooth, stylish, and just the right amount of 'look at me, I’ve made it.' Paul was fantastic in making the sale quick and painless, though there were a couple of moments where communication wasn’t chef’s kiss perfect. That said, I’m over the moon with my car, and I’m pretty sure Paul is too—because who wouldn’t be proud of putting me behind the wheel of perfection?
