It was my first time coming to this Golden Nozzle. When arrived I was greeted with a smile and great customer service. Raul was let me know what were the option and helped me pick which one was best for me as well as offer a towel to help dry my Jeep. All in all great expletive will return.

The new location in Enfield has very strong vacuums. The West Springfield one is useless.. they never have working vacuums. Manager Edwin at Enfield location was very helpful and went beyond to help me with some my membership accounts.

We pulled in to get a much needed wash of salt and dirt. The line was long but moved surprisingly rapidly and we were through in less than 10 minutes with a clean car. Staff were extraordinarily friendly and patient, especially for being out in the cold on a Friday evening. Would definitely go again if in the area.

I've been here several times. I always get the Ultimate wash, $25. The 1st time went well. The last 2 times, the back of my SUV was still filthy. I will not return.

Golden nozzle is a very reliable car wash, they have reasonable pricing and amazing customer service. Xavier was very helpful to me making a decision on which wash to choose. I really appreciated it and my car looked amazing after the wash.

Went there today for the first time. My car needed a desperate wash from the salt and dirt accumulated from this winter. Upon the ending process of my car getting rinsed and dried, the car wash tracks wouldn’t move me forward and instead jostled me back and forth. I have no idea how this happened but I couldn’t move and that resulted in me getting rear ended by the driver behind me. My brand new car that I just bought now has dents. Extremely upset and now I have to wait to hear back from the claim I submitted to this place.
I don’t recommend this place at all. It’s unsafe and there’s clearly no protocol for when an incident like this happens.

Went to the Golden Nozzle Car Wash on Feb 13th 2023 and my partner and I had a free car wash coupon a decided to try it out. The carwash itself was very nice. Customer service was awesome. The whole wash as a whole took about 2 mins. Felt a bit short but it gets the job done. My partners car was absolutely clean and we even used one of the vacuums and those were awesome and no loss of suction. Will absolutely be back again without a doubt.

Great service. Management is excellent. Car looks great after wash and vacuums always work. I had an issue with my battery starting after going through the car wash and the manager and staff were extremely helpful.
