I'm only giving 1 star because the front desk worker Mrs. Hattie is amazing that horrible place don't deserve her at all.
I am new to Prichard and I got my trash can, it was super small.
The first time ever getting my trash picked up, I had everything properly inside the can and the man not only spilled my trash on the ground, he knocked over my trash can. So I called back to file a complaint, they gave me the runaround for days. Then one of the workers called my personal phone and was disrespectful and rude.
Told me it wasn't their fault and they are not getting my trash until next week and hung up in my face.
I called the Supervisor he was no help at all.
This place is a joke and they don't care about its client's

Although it took several phone calls, Public Works came out and did an excellent job of cutting the weeds that prevented me being able to see if a vehicle was coming when I pulled out of my driveway. I would like to thank everyone involved for the excellent job they did eliminating the dangerous situation.

I would like to give 5 stars to an employee at Prichard city public works by the name of britney ,she answers the phone ,and She is honest, a listener, and a woman of her word!! Although Prichard has abandoned a particular area, she was the only one who did what she said! I talked to many voices and heard many promises( all empty) but she was the only one to come thru! So these 5 stars are not for the public works department (because I believe they refuse to consistently keep Owens street clean and cut), but rather for the excellent customer service of Britney who Went above and beyond to satisfy a public shame and years of complaining with good old fashion communication and a voice of concern! She even called back to make sure it was done!! Well done Britney and I hope the city see and award u for your worth!

I called this Office to report a low hanging phone line, hanging from the pole leading to a residence. Once the operator answered; I gave the operator my name, address of the issue AND a cross street of this issue.

The operator must have been “preoccupied”; because I had to REPEAT everything I initially said in the beginning of the dialogue…which I find COUNTERPRODUCTIVE, for someone in her position. I haven’t returned to the area to see if anything was done; I’m curious to know. I try not to listen to the negativity which ppl say about this Organization; sadly they’re not leaving me any doubts of it being true.
