Top notch customer service. I sent them an email with my crown molding needs on Saturday, and was contacted before 9 am on Monday—- then everything was delivered on Tuesday. Excellent.

I would recommend this company. I had only had a small residential order, but they treated me like I was a professional builder. Fair pricing and they did their best to deliver on time. Much better service than going to the big box outlets. Thank you.

I needed design and planning assistance to replace a multi-level deck on our house which totals over 900 square feet. I received exceptionally good advice, an accurate material list, a fair price for very high quality materials and prompt delivery. K-F provided a rush order on a special order custom railing system and their cost was lower than the competition. The deck is beautiful and we are very happy!!

I regret so badly getting my trex deck from here. No one seems knowledgeable at all about what you need to complete a project. You give them measurements, they talk you in circles until no one has any clue what you need so you end up shorted and delayed. They constantly seem to “forget” (or just don’t know the product) additional parts and pieces you need to purchase separately. They sell you railings, but don’t think to tell you the posts come separately? Then an additional trip for the posts (and another thousand dollars) but none of the screws come with it? It’s one thing to sell them all separately so they can make more money, but why not just tell me so it’s not 3-4 trips to figure it all out? Especially when you’re giving them $10k. Awful experience. 0/10. Lazy staff.

The most complete yard in the state. The staffs knowledge and commitment to service is unparalleled to any other. They also cater to ensuring our customers are comfortable upon receipt of delivery. Their delivery service is precise and drivers are nothing but prompt and professional. We would recommend to and other contractor or homeowners.
We've been in business since 2003 and they are by far the best experience we've ever dealt with.
