Love them. Know them for over 5 years. They always come through when I need them. Their products are top notch and the service is second to none. They have gone beyond "customer service" to solve my vacuum cleaner problems. Their powder rug cleaning system made my carpets look like new without using any water.

I'm pleased to give Fairfield County Vacuums a 5-star review. I traveled there from Pleasantville, NY, because I have an Oreck and I wanted an Oreck dealer who'd give me the free annual tune-up. They not only provided that but also replaced the belt at no cost. Both the gentleman who waited on me when I dropped it off and the woman who waited on me when I picked it up, were most polite and pleasant. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of their shop and variety and quality of other vacuums they offer. I will definitely go there again.

I have been living in Stamford for years and never knew this little gem was here! My vacuum was fixed on the spot! I am sure not everyone has an on the spot issue but either way Nancy and her husband are very efficient. I will always have my vacuums serviced by them!

Horrible place and people. They are a Miele authorized dealer and I took my 3 year old vacuum to be repaired as the brush had stopped turning. After 2 weeks they said they could not fix it. It is now reassembled and parts are broken, missing and misaligned. It is in such bad shape now that I can't take it to another service company.

They are closed during business hours and never answer their phones. Please don’t use them.

I did not leave a negative review after an isolated event. You should know that during your vacation your store was repeatedly closed during your posted business hours and the phone went unanswered despite multiple calls. I wasted a lot of my own valuable time just trying to pick up a repair which should have been a simple errand. I had to go the store not even knowing if it was ready for pick-up because no-one answered the phone. I went to the store three times before I was able to make contact with an employee and retrieve my vacuum. The employee also also gave me someone else's vacuum cleaner and I had to point out that it did not belong to me. Maybe next year you should consider closing when you go on vacation rather than risk further dissatisfied clients.
