I had a very sad task this summer/fall in arranging for a bulky waste collection of a deceased loved one’s broken property. I called the office and talked to Lois, I believe. She was so helpful, gentle, and compassionate. I’d started with a basic question and then kinda devolved into tears. Grief is like that. But Lois was patient and kind, and also gave me all the information I needed. She encouraged me to call back with any questions.
Well, life just got harder and we had to delay picking a day for the pickup. So, weeks later, I had to call again. I spoke with a gentleman this time, and he was equally helpful and compassionate. It was the same when I came in to pay and schedule. What a difference it makes to communicate with kind, knowledgeable people. These folks are tops!

The shredding event - I thought it was very organized. It was an hour and a half wait for me. I got there at 9am. Maybe have more people unloading so the line could move more quickly - 2 landings next time? Thought the police should have been directing traffic at the Elm St intersection though. But that's not on you that's on them.

I don't understand why my leaf barrel is never empty. I don't cram it . .I'm only 5'1 and small. Maybe too much in a rush to bang?.....need to learn courtesy.

I've had very good experiences with Enfield Town Public Works. The trash collectors are friendly and wave. Not sure if its appropriate to name specifically but both times I've called and got Becky, she was so wonderful and informative. I've also had very professional experiences with other staff as well.

Donald Nunes is a complete failure at his job.
He should be running the dog pound not

He's a complete over paid idiot in my opinion.

Thank you for repairing a sink hole in front of storm drain on Middlesex Rd. where Litchfield enters Middlesex. Nice, complete repair.
