This was my first time having my taxes prepared by Liberty Tax, on Hazard Ave. Enfield, Ct. I could not have been more impressed .My initial contact over the phone with Mary set the stage. She was pleasant and very helpful! There was no letdown during my appointment with Dana. He again was very pleasant and, perhaps more importantly, very knowledgeable about the task at hand. Not only were my taxes handled, I was told that Liberty Tax would be available to me year-round for support, free consultations or any assistance with any IRS correspondence I may receive. How reassuring is that!! I made a great decision going with Liberty Tax.

Kathy was very friendly and kind, while maintaining a very professional decorum. Our previous accountant died suddenly and Kathy took great care to make sure our taxes were in good hands and were prepared and filed properly in a timely manner.
