If I could leave zero stars I would. I hardly ever leave reviews but hope this helps others. I have ordered thousands and thousands of items from Amazon...This is the worst item, ever. It fell apart in no time and I had to pay for shipping to return it. Normally, if a product falls apart, I would just order the same product again in hopes it would be better. This one is so bad, I am just sending it back. There are other vendors selling the same items and I would recommend you use them.

I strongly suggest doing any business with this company. In mid-April, I researched a dome climber for my children to use during this quarantine. I was assured that the product was shipped and would be arriving three weeks later. It was not until I called to inquire as to the exact day it would be arriving that the company said we are having issues with the vendor and they are unavailable. When I asked when they planned to notify me, I was told they just hadn't gotten around to it yet. Excuse me? This was really important. I also ordered another product and was planning to be a forever customer but that's not in the cards now.

I am extremely disappointed in this company and finally just cancelled my order. The item was for my grandson for a birthday gift. S&S promised to ship within 48 hours and 7 days later the item still has not been shipped. The ship date keeps being moved out with no explanation or email to keep me informed. Found same item on Amazon and it is shipping today.

I expect companies I do business with to respect my privacy -- not tie up my business line with caller ID blocked solicitation calls. I don't appreciate that, and I don't appreciate that when I said I didn't wish to receive solicitation calls, I was told it "wasn't a solicitation call". News Flash: calling to tell me your latest specials IS a solicitation call. Blocking your caller ID stinks of duplicity. Knock it off.
