Recently had my truck worked on here. After diagnosing the issue the part was 7-10 days out they offered me a loaner car for the entire time truck was at the shop. Got my truck back and it’s running great. The staff as friendly and kept me in the loop the whole time. I highly recommend Desmond’s for all repairs.

Dealership told me I needed a $6,000 repair for a full engine reseal and new struts. Was referred to Desmond's by a trusted car friend. Brought it to Desmond's for an honest assessment, $500 for the actual engine repair, no new struts actually needed. Got a loaner car for the day, overall service was top notch and would highly recommend!

So they gave me a good price on tires that was fair and I went for it. However after getting on the highway the front of the car was shaking, upon inspection I found the lugs nuts on one wheel were finger tight! This could of killed us! In addition to they told us our brakes were shot "they don't want to see us get in an accident". I said no way I just did those brakes a few months ago.... well there shot your like metal on metal. I brought car home and upon inspection all pads were 50% or more when comparing to new pads! They were trying to screw us and get more money out of us! I wonder how many people they have done this too! Don't have them do anything until you get a second opinion! Hard to find honest mechanics these days guess il have to do it myself!

Talked to Mike on Sat 5/11, with a potential look at and test drive of my new-to-me Durango Mon or Tues. Stopped by Monday and met Mike, i knew it was him based on his smile. He showed me the clean well presented truck, took her for a drive, and Mike and I made a fair deal that my wife and i were happy with. Mike had it washed and paperwork squared away within the hour. Pleasure to buy a truck from Desmond's! Highly recommend.

We recently bought a car at Desmond’s and will try to only buy our used cars from here in the future! I had been in the market for this specific used car for a few months— the car they listed was in fantastic shape and the price was already so reasonable that we didn’t even try to negotiate. Mike was a breath of fresh air to work with— the whole process was straight-forward with none of the pressure or games I have become accustomed to when buying from a large dealer. Mike obviously takes care with the used cars he sells— very easy to trust his work and word, as evidenced by the local loyal customers that came in and out of the shop while we were there, as well as the clean inspection the car got after we brought it home. Thank you to Mike and his dad for making this experience so pleasant and easy!

I recently bought a car at Desmonds and it was a great experience. There wasn’t any of the typical dealer pressure and we had no problems coming to an agreement on price. I worked with Mike and he made sure all the paperwork ran smooth and did so much of the annoying foot work of registering and insuring a new car for me. Just got the car inspected in MA and everything is great!
