It was my first visit here. I was looking for bones to make some bone broth. The gentleman who helped knew exactly what I needed. He even cut them for me. Typical meat market, really good selections of meats. The young lady at the checkout area was polite too . I would suggest you pay this place a visit .

Respect at Central Meat Market is earned, never given.

Though I’m still a nobody behind their counter, I know good things come to those who wait.

Ultimately, this is some of highest quality meat in town. If you can't stand heat, get out of kitchen.

Found the butcher rude. Tried to greet him and thank him and he would not even say thank you. It was like we were bothering him. The young girl at the register was very polite and nice.

Update: 1/11/24 I just went back in about a half hour ago to get yet another meat deal, but I also bought something else and there was a little mistake at the front check out and I had to let the very nice woman know that I had more than that in the bag and she updated her total we laughed and I left. I couldn't just take it without paying.. That's just not me.

I hadn't been here in years and decided to go get a package deal in a long time. It's still clean and people are still friendly. The meat is fresh and I'm so happy with my choice..
