I recently moved to a bigger home, and had a need for a lot of furniture. I also needed decorative items like lamps art etc. Charles Parker worked closely with my decorator and I, and I'm very pleased with the finished product! He tried to make sure I was aware of any deals on items that matched what I was looking for, he was very helpful in the store, and he also ordered items that I wanted that he did not have in stock. When one of my items was damaged and not working properly, he promptly replaced it! He is very easy to work with, and really cares about your space looking great. There were some things we looked at that he didn't think would look good with my space, so he wasn't just selling me anything and everything that he could. An honest guy!

He also helped us furnish my home after a major renovation in 2021, and I was very pleased then as well! Highly recommend this business!

We enjoyed shopping with Bishop Parker and found Francis to be particularly helpful. No high pressure sales at Bishop Parker, we were free to walk around the store at our leisure. Francis was readily available to provide knowledgeable answers to whatever questions we had. We selected living room furniture, but I keep imagining redoing other rooms with some of the pieces we saw there!

I wish there were more stars to give! My mother has a Lift Chair and the hand control went out last night on it. This morning she called at 9:00 AM and Callie answered the phone and assured my mom that they would be able to help. Within 15 minutes mom had a phone call from John stating he was on the way to fix the chair. Her chair was fixed immediately and John answered her other questions as well while at her home. You don't see this kind of service these days! THANK YOU SO MUCH! It took so much pressure off of my mom and now she has her favorite chair back in working order!

I ordered approximately $9000 of furniture in mid February, granted its top of the line furniture, but they just delivered the last pieces from this order today, 4/20. More than 2 months since I paid them. I called them numerous times but never got a straight answer as to when I’d get my furniture until 3 days ago. Every time they explained away the delays as being the suppliers fault. Well I didn’t buy it from the supplier, I bought it from Bishop Parker, who I would no longer recommend to anyone. In my opinion their logistics are antiquated and in serious need of some 21st century technology.

We just took possession of our sofa, wing chain, and 2 swivel chairs and they are exactly what we wanted. We spent hours researching furniture manufacturers and finally landed on Smith Brothers. When my wife called Bishop Parker and spoke to Charles we knew we had found our furniture store. Charles was very patient and showed us all the options then helped us select the perfect pieces for our room. Thank you Charles Parker, we will see you again!
