I purchased the Cosm chair which is just awful. Please don’t order this unless you get a chance to try out. It slants downwards so you’ll constantly be readjusting to stop from slipping down. I wrote a review which was blocked by the company for “inaccuracies” because I mentioned that I hadn’t heard from customer service after submitting via email 2 messages that went ignored. Apparently because they’d answered the original message requesting return instructions they felt they no longer needed to respond? I originally requested return instructions before my husband threw out the box. My subsequent attempts to contact them for instructions on how to return something without a box were ignored because they responded to the first one. Then they blocked my bad review of the chair because they felt it was inaccurate that customer service didn’t respond. For anyone looking for the answer on how to return an item without a box - you can pay 10% of the item cost and get a white glove pick up. Found this out after I finally got a break from work long enough to call them during the 9-5 customer service hours I can’t believe how ridiculous this is. Will never purchase from this company again

Had a great time checking out all of the most expensive chairs, loungers, and couches I've ever even heard of. The staff members were all friendly and knowledgeable. Rex helped me order a chair that suits my needs after learning about the horrendous home office conditions I've been subjecting myself to. Warranty is clearly established upon receipt and I'm really excited for my first "buy-it-for-life" piece of furniture.

Bought myself a Herman Miller Embody right then and there because the staff were pretty awesome. They made the process seamless and super quick which I appreciated bc I had somewhere else to be. I did an in store pick up bc I didn't feel like paying for delivery and they were cool about that and weren't pushy about anything at all - was definitely a very positive experience overall.

Visited with my friend to check out the Aeron and Embody chairs. Paul was friendly and cracked us up while actually knowing his stuff. Made us feel at ease while we were weighing our options.

The chair we picked is insane. Let's just say my tuchus thinks it's died and gone to furniture heaven! It's so comfortable, I'm pretty sure my rear end is writing this review.
