Their food is amazing and staff is incredibly friendly. I’m a regular at this spot and have really gotten to see first hand how much they care about their customers. I always get served quickly in all the times I’ve visited my order has not been made incorrectly once! Their prices also make them very affordable for lunch.

I can't believe I haven't been here sooner! Happy to have discovered this place. Great food, large generous portions at not ridiculous prices which is hard to find these days. I'd never been before and it's a little overwhelming to order at first, but you can get the menu burritos or build your own burrito/bowl. Huge burritos! Definitely recommend the loaded fries. Convenient location with a parking lot as well. Look forward to exploring the menu more.

I ordered the steak and shrimp nachos for $25.20, which included queso, jalapeños, guacamole, shredded cheese, and red onions.

For such a high price, I expected quality. Instead, I was served sour, spoiled steak that made the meal inedible. This is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed.

I would like a refund for this order. I paid for premium food and received something unfit to eat. Please address this issue immediately.

Despite emailing the company and providing location information as requested, I have received no follow up or resolution to my complaint.

Do not support this company if you value your money and expect decent food or accountability.

This might be the best burrito I've had in years, and the burritodilla is amazing it will destroy your hunger, it's an a la carte masterpiece of flavor big enough for two people, so bring your appetite or a friend, I highly recommend it!!

Just didn't even offer to put any sauces, or any additional topics on at all, just wrapped up my burrito quickly and it was awkward to ask after he wrapped it so quickly... I would have appreciated better service and simply asking me and giving me the choice. I got the Nashville Hot burrito, and it was literally white rice, and chicken in a wrap... No flavor or anything in it. I have gone here before, way better service in previous visits. Hopefully this isn't their new trend.

Today was my first time trying Bubbakoos in Stamford and the experience overall was amazing. Mark took his time to introduce me to the menu and inquire about my likes and dislike to prepare me the perfect burrito bowl. Mark even went above and beyond to introduce me to a mixture of sauces. I am usually indecisive but Mark really helped make the process smooth.

Food is amazing. The salsa hits the spot.
The vege taco was so well flavored.
The flavors work better with hibachi shrimp.
Generous helping.
The location is a little off the main area but adequate parking and well worth the trip.

(Coming from NYC standards): Basically this is a fast food Americanized burrito spot. Nothing authentic. I prefer refried pinto beans, and these beans are swimming in water making the burrito soggy.. 🤷‍♀️ Today was cold and windy, and the front door was left open - not accommodating for dining in. Benches were dirty and there were bags and napkins on the floor. Tables were clean, service was just ok.
