Didn't get much of a chance to walk around due to its early closing, but what I saw, I liked.
Dressed in Bloomingdales black and white, the store was bright, has an open feeling and a easy flow to it.
The merchandise is spaced well and presented attractively.
Outside of the supermarket or pharmacy this was the 1st store we had been in since March.
It was a good start.

Pretty good selection of high-end brands that I buy/wear. I found items I liked, but others that were only available in manlet size. Sort of odd to see a rack with 10 size S and 1 size M - with no larger sizes for adult men.

Finding good quality clothes as a guy is pretty painful. 😑

Other than the size selection, impressive collection they have up for offer.

Really disappointed in my experience today. A salesperson assigned herself to me while I was shopping and she made a point to rush me along every 1-2 minutes about picking something, trying things on, checking out. I couldn’t have been there more than a half hour, it’s not like I was trying on every dress in the store and making a mess. When I picked out my second dress she said “finally!” In a tone that basically told me she couldn’t wait for me to leave, not in like a fun, funny way. I rarely shop this store but will not be returning.

I have ordered online from Bloomingdales different products from company Villeroy & Boch ~ company that is making dinnerware from Premium Porcelain and Crystal.
Online order was shipped to me from different locations of Bloomingdales stores.

The item sent from Bloomingdales located in Norwalk, CT ~ has shipped to me / order of extremely fragile item/ ~ like it’s potatoes!!!

I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied for handling my order in this way!

I have received package with no label “Fragile item”, it had no additional safety measures /like bubble wrap or similar/ and the item which is made from Premium Porcelain is in thousand pieces !!!

Very unprofessional handling!
Be aware of that if you ever order something from this location!

I would give a 0 stars if it’s possible
~ this experience for me was very disturbing.

When you're rushing around before Thanksgiving and need an excellent sales staff keep an eye out for Sandra and AJ! Sandra showed me quickly where I needed to go and then she swung back to me and updated me on OTHER inventory that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Saved me TONS of time in a pinch. Then AJ took extra time as the store was closing to search for what I wanted, and to selflessly advise me on how to meet my needs in the fastest way possible before my flight.

Beautiful people who go above-and-beyond for their customers, BRAVO!
